Welcome to Caring C Courier LLC. By accessing our website at caringccourier.com or using our courier services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Caring C Courier LLC provides on-demand and scheduled courier delivery services, including but not limited to medical specimen transport, pharmaceutical delivery, healthcare document delivery, and general courier services in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding cities. All services are subject to availability and our operational capacity.

2. Service Area

Our primary service area includes Indianapolis, IN and surrounding cities, including Marion, Hamilton, Hancock, Madison, Delaware, Henry, and Johnson Counties. Service availability outside this area is at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Ensure all items tendered for delivery are lawful and properly packaged
• Not use our services to transport illegal, hazardous (without proper disclosure), or prohibited items
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the items being transported

4. Medical & Healthcare Deliveries

For medical specimen, pharmaceutical, and healthcare document deliveries, clients are responsible for ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and compliance with applicable regulations (including HIPAA, DOT, and OSHA standards where applicable). Caring C Courier LLC operates in a HIPAA-aware manner and maintains confidentiality of all medical-related information.

5. Liability Limitations

Caring C Courier LLC is fully insured and bonded. However, our liability for loss or damage to items in transit is limited to the declared value of the shipment, not to exceed our insurance coverage limits. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or acts of God.

Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

6. Independent Contractor Drivers

Drivers who work with Caring C Courier LLC do so as independent contractors, not employees. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws. Caring C Courier LLC requires all drivers to pass background checks and drug screening as a condition of engagement.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms for courier services are established at the time of service agreement. Caring C Courier LLC reserves the right to require payment in advance for new clients. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please call us directly at 317-720-3445 for urgent cancellations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Caring C Courier LLC name, logo, text, and images, is the property of Caring C Courier LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
